Meet Mellow Mamas
'Meet Mellow Mamas' is a monthly meet-up for pregnant Mums and Mums with newborn babies in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
It's a great place to come and meet like-minded ladies, with one significant thing in common - your babies, whether they're still warmly tucked up inside, or newly-welcomed into the world!
We offer local Mums the chance to get out the house, make friends, ask questions and swap tips - all washed down with fresh fruit juices, coffee, tea and homemade cake & biscuits!
Each month there will be a short talk or demo on a different topic, specially selected for pregnant women and new Mums! Typical demonstrations and presentations include:
- Reflexology to boost your energy levels
- Baby sleep tips
- The benefits of massage during pregnancy
- Optimum nutrition for breastfeeding
- Breathing techniques for relaxation
- Intro to First Aid for children
- Baby Massage Basics
The 'Meet Mellow Mamas' group starts at 10am til 11.30am. The cost is £7 per Mummy (or Daddy) and the group is normally held on the first Wednesday of every month.
